While Jack and I visited Lil this Saturday we bought a cheap remote control speedboat from Kmart. That afternoon we took it to the lake at Mount Cotton to try it out. The boat itself wasn’t as exciting as the packaging led us to believe, but the lake and park was great fun. Jack ran around the playground and Kris took Thad for a walk to get him a bit more familiar with people. We were surprised to see a little girl approach us to pat Thad. She explained that she has a Rotti at home, so she wasn’t the least bit intimidated by him.
